We have 55,000 square feet of manufacturing space and use state-of-the-art surface mount assembly, wave solder and reflow solder equipment, and computer controlled test equipment. We have complete transformer and inductor design and manufacturing capability in-house.
CCI Power Supplies, has a complete, in-house, safety testing facility, approved by UL, CSA, and TUV, which expedites product design safety approvals by UL, CSA and TUV for the U.S., Canadian and European markets. With ready access to our compliance engineers, formal safety checks are a part of the design process.

lity and safety, CCI has an Electro-Magnetic Intereference EMI testing facility capabilities that includes a state-of-the-art screen room, spectrum analyzer and control computer which measurements s of emissions to FCC, VDE and CISPR standards. This allows products to be designed with low EMI emissions. 
Our quality systems embrace the philosophy of W. Edwards Demming, the father of the Japanese Quality Standards, and ISO 9000. By using statistical process control techniques, Pareto pareto charts, root cause analysis and zero defect sampling, improvements are implemented regularly. Performance testing of vendors' parts provides information to qualify vendors for "ship to stock" status. Both vendors and internal departments are audited regularly.
